Emergency Financial Assistance
Qualifying neighbors within our service area (the 45226, 45227, 45208, and 45209 zip codes) can receive assistance with payment of utility bills, rent, or mortgage, requests for birth certificates, and referrals for other important documents.
The EFA hotline is closed until May 29th.
To request a birth certificate, you do not have to wait until the hotline is open.
