Volunteering at MEAC

MONDAY TRUCK DRIVER (Alternates)

  • We need reliable, licensed drivers to drive MEAC’s box truck to the Freestore Foodbank to pick up food for the Marketplace on Monday mornings by 9:30am.

  • Additional runs to partnering organizations may occur during the week based on volunteer availability.

Marketplace sTOCKERS (MONDAYS)

  • Help us unload the truck, pack produce, and stock the shelves!

    • Mondays from 9am-12

Marketplace shoppers (Tuesdays)

  • We are looking for energetic volunteers to help us shop for our neighbors on Tuesdays!

    • Shifts are available from 9am-noon or 12-3pm, or 1-3:30 and 3:30-6pm on the last Tuesday of the month.


EVENTS VOLUNTeers

  • We’re looking for a few people to help us plan and execute a few events throughout the year.

  • Flexible schedule, with most meetings to be held virtually.
